As a kid did you ever find yourself sitting in class when the teacher asked a question and immediately you made a pact with God to serve orphans in Bangladesh if she didn't call on you? Right now some of you just got a shiver up your spine...and when she didn't call on you...you thought "man I dodged that one", except she asked another question...and now Bangladesh is waiting. Listen some of us fail to answer God's call and act like he doesn't have a redial button. Throughout Christianity it is unexplainable why God chooses some of the ones he does...and its equally hard for us to believe that some of us could be the answers to someone else's prayers. However strange this may be, it is the Christian reality! This Sunday we will look at God's persistence and what is happening while we get the second call.
